Position Overview:As an SDR at Growlink, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your primary role is to identify and qualify new sales leads through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is eager to learn, grow, and build a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, social media, and other channels to identify new business opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound leads by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and determining their fit with Growlink's solutions.
  • Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for Account Executives, providing a seamless transition from lead to opportunity.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and manage lead data in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and meetings scheduled.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in a sales, customer service, or related role; experience in SaaS, tech, or AgTech is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for engaging with prospective customers.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a sales career.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales prospecting tools is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
